Warehouse Associate/Picker/Packer

Job description We are looking for motivated and dependable people to join our Distribution Center as associate team members starting out in Order Fill. applicants will need to have a positive attitude, be coach-able, willing to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm majority of the year. Occasional Saturdays always a possibility, and overtime as needed. All applicants will need to pass a pre-employment drug test , be able to lift up to 100lbs, and be able to work in warmer temperatures in summer and cooler temperatures in winter HDI also offers a competitive incentive program which can be earned after as soon as you meet productivity and accuracy standards! Essential Job Functions:

• Fulfill various orders utilizing RF scanners, order numbers, and quantities.
• Count products, manage accuracy of 'Picks', and meet standard in both productivity and accuracy.
• Process Orders for completion both by filling and stacking product neatly and properly.
• Practice/promote a safe work environment with team members.
• Customer (both internal and external) focused during every task.
• Other tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Material Handling/Order Fulfillment Experience a plus.
• Fast-paced work history a plus.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to adequately read and speak English (to read work instructions and communicate with co-workers. We do have Spanish-speaking (English second language) team members
• Ability to do basic arithmetic. Counting is most common error new employees make
• Ability to work independently and work well with others
• Ability to lift up-to 100lbs with help. (Some assignments require more)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

HDI also offers a competitive benefits package consisting of medical, dental, vision, and 401K after 90-day probationary period. ALL applicants will be expected to hit productivity and accuracy standards prior to 90-days in order extend employment beyond 90-day probationary period.
