Warehouse Associate in Loveland, CO Position Summary We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling operations in a manufacturing environment. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with local delivery and pickup duties, ensuring materials and products are accurately received, stored, tracked, and delivered. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced with inventory systems, forklifts, and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment. Maintain accurate inventory records using NetSuite and RF scanning systems. Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely. Load, unload, stage, and transport materials throughout the facility. Perform local pickups and deliveries of products, parts, and materials. Maintain shipping documentation and inventory records. Keep warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas clean, organized, and safe. Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers regarding shipments and inventory needs. Maintain vehicle logs and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance as required. Qualifications Required Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience. Forklift operating experience. Experience with inventory control and cycle counting. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and ability to perform local deliveries. Proficiency using RF scanners and inventory management systems. Preferred Experience using NetSuite or a similar ERP system. Work Environment This position is based in a warehouse and production setting and involves operating forklifts, handling materials, utilizing RF scanners and ERP systems, and performing local driving duties. Candidates should be comfortable with physical work, including lifting, moving, loading, and unloading materials while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
