Job Description
IQ Resource Group is seeking Immediate Temp General Labor
•candidates in the Neenah and Little Chute, WI area. Call or text IQ at 920-738-0020 to set up an interview or discuss further!
Hours:
6am-6pm 2-2-3 schedule 6pm-6am 2-2-3 schedule 7am-4pm
Monday-Friday Wage:
$16-$19 an hour depending on schedule
Duties:
Apply glue to assemble cardboard boxes according to specifications. Inspect completed boxes for quality defects such as misalignment, insufficient glue, or structural flaws. Rework any defective boxes or notify supervisor of recurring issues. Stack finished boxes neatly and securely on pallets for shipping or storage. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift. Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards. Assist with other light packaging or assembly tasks as assigned.
