Overview Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and be a vital part of our manufacturing operations! In this energetic role, you will contribute to the production process by performing essential tasks that keep our facility running smoothly and efficiently. Your hands-on work will support the creation of high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and manufacturing best practices. This position offers a rewarding opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Assembly and Disassembly of Conveyor Chain Assembly of Insulated Oven Panels Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely Cleaning and Sanding Equipment for Painting Lift, carry, and position heavy materials or products safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency Follow all safety standards in production, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), to ensure product quality and workplace safety Skills Mechanical knowledge or experience working with machinery is highly advantageous Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety standards in production environments Commitment to using personal protective equipment (PPE) properly at all times Good physical stamina, with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Clear communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with coworkers This role is paid, offering a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing while contributing to a thriving production environment. Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
