The Role You will operate state-of-the-art plastic extrusion equipment to produce high-quality specialty films. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll monitor production quality, troubleshoot equipment issues, and participate in our comprehensive training program while contributing to sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.Schedule:

What You'll Bring Essential Qualifications:
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools Strong communication skills and positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening 1-3 years of plastic extrusion experience Basic computer knowledge Previous manufacturing experienceCompensation & Benefits Starting Salary:
Wages ranging from $20.00- $22.
