Job Description

Job Title:
General Labor Job Description This role involves the loading and unloading of parts at presses, furnaces, and deburring units. The individual will be responsible for packaging parts according to specifications and will work across three different areas, providing exposure to various departments and job duties. The position requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in hot conditions near furnaces. Responsibilities Load and unload parts at presses, furnaces, and deburring units. Package parts according to specified guidelines. Work across three different areas, gaining experience in various departments. Perform tasks requiring lifting of up to 35 pounds. Essential Skills At least 6 months of manufacturing experience. General production skills. Experience in loading and unloading, assembly, production, inspection, machine operation, and packing. Additional Skills & Qualifications Use of a computer to enter numbers. Simple math skills. Experience with micrometers and calipers. Proficiency in using thread gauges and plug gauges. Ability to check for height and perform visual quality inspections of metal parts. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
