Job Description

H. J. Faust is looking for a dependable, organized Warehouse Associate to support our residential HVAC operation in Burlington. You will help make sure our service technicians and installation crews have the right equipment and materials at the right time. The work includes receiving shipments, putting away inventory, staging jobs, making local deliveries, processing returns, and keeping the warehouse safe and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Warehouse Operations & Organization Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse, yard, and disposal areas Assist in creating, monitoring, and improving warehouse and grounds processes Receive, record, label, and stock incoming equipment and materials Manage returns of equipment and materials
  • Inventory & Job Support Pick and stage equipment, materials, and tools for daily jobs Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing when replenishment is needed Assist in managing inventory turnover and organization systems Prepare equipment and materials for use (assemble, adjust, or minor repairs as needed) Logistics & Fleet Support Assist with pickups and deliveries as needed Support fleet management, including vehicle checks and quality control Ensure tools, trucks, and materials are ready for daily operations•Leadership & Coordination Provide direction and oversight to warehouse or yard support team members Help implement systems that improve efficiency and accountability•Facility & Grounds Maintenance Perform general maintenance tasks for the building, warehouse, and grounds Ensure a professional and safe working environment at all times•What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work both indoors and outdoors Valid driver's license required•Preferred (but not required): Warehouse, HVAC, or construction industry experience Familiarity with inventory systems or field service operations
Pay:
$18.00
