Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Supervisor and the Lead, individual will receive on the job training. Individual is responsible for following direction and adhering to current process/procedures and standards within their department.JOB FUNCTIONS
- Able to follow direction.
- Inspecting own work and others to meet quality expectations.
- Daily routine maintenance of job required equipment.
- General housekeeping of work area.
- Reading and following prints, BOM's, lead lists, shop travelers and other necessary paperwork.
- Complete accurately the necessary paperwork associated with jobs.
- Other job duties as assigned by Management within or outside of own department as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be well organized and have basic math skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to set up and operate necessary or appropriate equipment used within given department.
- Must be willing to work with others, as well as being self-motivated.
- Adhere to all Safety and Quality regulations and procedures.
- Team player.
- Able to adapt to change.
- Strong attendance.
- Comfortable working both an independent and team environment.
- Follow process standards and procedures.
