Job Description:

We are seeking an Assembler to join our team. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in assembling and repairing mechanical, trim, and finishing parts and components. Your responsibilities will also include finishing surfaces and components through various processes such as sanding, deburring, sanding, and grinding. Additionally, you will be involved in cutting parts from blanks and assembling/connecting simple electrical components or plumbing as per provided instructions.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and repair mechanical, trim, and finishing parts and components with precision. Finish surfaces and components through processes such as sanding, deburring, DA sanding, and grinding. Cut parts from blanks using appropriate tools and techniques. Assemble and connect simple electrical components or plumbing according to provided instructions. Conduct quality checks to ensure components meet established standards. Follow safety protocols and guidelines throughout the assembly and finishing processes. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow. Adhere to established procedures and guidelines for assembly, repair, and finishing.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in mechanical assembly and finishing processes. Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and drawings. Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing components. Proficiency in using hand and power tools for cutting, sanding, and finishing. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good communication skills. Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
