Position Overview As a General Laborer at Components Plus, your day-to-day will vary, offering a dynamic environment where you can learn multiple facets of production. You will work closely with supervisors on various projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in everything we produce. Key Responsibilities Operate necessary tools, machinery, and production equipment. Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members on daily manufacturing projects. Produce high-quality products in a timely, efficient manner. Maintain an excellent, reliable attendance record. Keep your work area organized, clean, and safe.
Requirements & Qualifications License:
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Physical:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for the duration of the shift.
Mindset:
Ability to thrive and maintain focus in a production-driven environment.
Experience:
None required! Welding experience is a plus/desired, but not required.

Full-time Schedule:
8-hour shift | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Work Location:
In person (Columbus, WI)
Benefits:
