The ideal candidate will support daily production operations and help ensure our products meet strict quality and performance standards. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities Assist in assembly line and production processes, ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances of fabricated parts. Support grinding, fabrication, finishing, and general manufacturing operations related to industrial knife production. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and enhance productivity. Support warehouse operations by organizing materials and assisting with inventory management. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety procedures. Qualifications Familiarity with assembly line processes and manufacturing or factory operations. Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Willingness to learn new skills related to fabrication, grinding, and manufacturing processes. Previous experience in metalworking, machining, or industrial manufacturing is a plus. Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.
