Full-Time, First Shift, Mon-Thurs:
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday Overtime as Needed, No Saturday/Sunday work 30 min PAID lunch, 10-min
PAID Break Pay:
Competitive hourly rate: $23.00/hour

Our products are trusted worldwide for their quality, performance, and reliability. We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team as a Material Handler. Position Summary The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring production lines remain supplied with raw materials, tooling, and consumables while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. This role plays a critical part in supporting production efficiency, meeting customer delivery commitments, and assisting with shipping and receiving functions when required. Key Responsibilities Stock aluminum tubing and bar stock on production material racks using a forklift. Stock materials, perishable tooling, supplies, lubricants, ect on production lines. Remove production waste including garbage, recycling, and aluminum chips from work areas. Lubricate and package bearings for production and sales orders. Unload and verify incoming materials, accurately receiving in ERP system. Deliver or pick up materials from local vendors using a company vehicle as needed. Assist with shipping clerk and crate builder duties as backup support. Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with Lean Manufacturing and 5S standards. Qualifications Strong work ethic and self-motivation with the ability to prioritize workload. Knowledge of or willingness to learn Lean Manufacturing and 5S concepts. Effective verbal communication skills to work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Safety-focused, with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, email, messaging, and ERP software. Ability to use forklifts, hoists, and hand tools safely and effectively. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for use of company vehicles). Successful completion of internal fork truck training and licensing. Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand, bend, and kneel. Must be able to lift and move 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years fork lift experience.
