Shipping, Receiving, Material Support (Full-Time, 1st Shift)

We are looking to add to our warehouse team. Your initial focus will be material handling in support of production, but will cross-train to support shipping, receiving, cycle counting, and quality. You'll receive 15+ days of PTO and holiday in 2026, 25+ days in 2027, with health, dental, & vision benefits available the first of the month following hire.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support production by staging product, receiving, and stocking. Accurately pick products by matching numbers and product descriptions on pick list or work order using warehouse ladders, lift trucks, and/or by hand. Process shipments by determining method of shipment, contact carriers, computer entry, package orders, stacks materials onto pallets, shrink-wrap, band together and label for shipment. Stage and/or load truck using pallet jack or lift truck. Report all product discrepancies or quality issues to supervision including damaged product, wrong store number, equipment issues, etc. Follow all safety procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the safe operation of equipment and help to maintain a safe, clean work environment to include general housekeeping warehouse duties. All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift. Please note, this is not a material handling position. Limited forklift activity. Experience with UPS/FedX and LTL shipping procedures and systems a plus Ability to navigate warehouse ladders while pulling and carrying inventory from all shelf locations and heights. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. (50 lbs. regularly) throughout the entire shift from floor to over-head. Experienced operating a lift truck and other warehouse equipment, able to pass a fork lift licensing test. Computer literate having basic knowledge and ability to do data entry and maneuver throughout Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and common inventory systems. High school diploma or GED and 3+ years previous warehouse experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to pass a drug screen Dependable with a good work ethic
