Healthcare Partners+SWEA is placing Emergency Medicine Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physicians in full-time/part-time/prn opportunities at the following sites: Beloit Memorial Hospital, Stoughton Hospital, Edgerton Hospital, Fort Atkinson Hospital, and NorthPointe Immediate Care in Roscoe, Illinois. Choice of status:

Employee or Independent Contractor (1099). Opportunity to work with UW EM Residents, Fellows, and Physician Assistants. Flexible shift scheduling. Exceptional full-time support; physician(s), RN's, and x-ray tech. An excellent relationship with the medical staff. On-site x-ray, ultrasound, and lab services. Benefits for full-time employees:

PTO based on hours worked with a cash-out option. Holiday pay of 1.5x hourly rate for 8 major holiday shifts. Pays 50% of premium up to $1000/month. 401K with employer contribution. CME reimbursement of $3,000/year (includes licensing fees, dues). Local control of schedule by a physician medical director who works clinical shifts and understands group culture and needs.
