Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Job description: Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment. As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient packaging of products in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. The role provides weekly paid schedules along with an additional incentive to reward your dedication and performance. Ideal candidates will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and a willingness to learn within a dynamic manufacturing setting.

EARN AN EXTRA

$2.50/HOUR! Once you successfully achieve the required incentives , you can earn an additional $2.50 per hour on top of your regular hourly pay! Duties Operate packaging equipment efficiently, including filling, sealing, labeling, and boxing products according to production standards Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify mechanical issues or malfunctions and perform basic troubleshooting Follow manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times Handle materials safely, including heavy lifting and proper use of material handling equipment such as forklifts Interpret production documents to ensure correct product specifications and packaging requirements Maintain cleanliness and organization within the packaging area to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety standards Assist with warehouse operations, including materials handling, inventory management, and shipping preparation Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on equipment performance and workflow processes Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing facilities or warehouse operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided Basic understanding of industrial equipment troubleshooting and mechanical knowledge Familiarity with packaging equipment, materials handling, and warehouse procedures Knowledge of

GMP, FDA

regulations, CGMP standards, and safety protocols in production environments Ability to interpret production documents accurately and perform basic math calculations Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts is advantageous; certification is a plus Strong work ethic with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely and adhere strictly to safety standards Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions consistently
