Job Description
Warehouse Associate Shift:
1st, (6:30 AM
•2:30PM)
Pay:
$17/hr. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials are safely handled, packaged, and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate is a team player who is willing to assist wherever needed and is committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Safely load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
Build and assemble shipping crates using tape measures, saws, nail guns, and other hand tools.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (approximately 20% of the role; forklift training provided).
Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and damage.
Perform basic data entry and simple math while working at packing stations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sorting pallets and crates in the outdoor yard
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Must be able to read English, as all work orders are written in English.
Previous warehouse, material handling, or crate shop experience preferred.
Experience using hand tools and power tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills with the ability to perform simple data entry and basic math.
