The Schedule:

Day Shift | 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday availability (Closed on Sundays).

Earning Potential:

$18.00 per hour.

What You'll Do Receiving & Quality Inspection:

Accurately unbox, inspect, and document vendor shipments to ensure every piece meets our strict standards before going into inventory.

Order Preparation & Staging:

Pull, inspect, and carefully stage scheduled furniture orders to set our Delivery and Operations teams up for daily success.

Warehouse Maintenance & Safety:

Keep the distribution center clean, organized, safe, and efficient, ensuring product is safely moved to prevent damage.

Furniture Touch-Ups & Cross-Support:

Assist with minor wood touch-ups and repairs as needed, and step in to support other Operations departments on special tasks.

Critical Problem Solving:

Use sound judgment, critical thinking, and follow-through to navigate daily tasks efficiently and accurately.

What We're Looking For License Requirement:

Valid driver's license (Required).

Physical Capability:

Heavy lifter. Ability to consistently lift, carry, and maneuver up to 100 lbs., with the physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, push, and pull for extended periods.

Experience & Aptitude:

Prior warehouse, furniture handling, moving, or logistics experience preferred (Experience with minor wood touch-ups or repairs is a big plus!).

Precision & Detail:

High attention to detail with the ability to follow processes accurately and communicate professionally with team members and leadership.

Dependability & Grit:

A self-motivated, dependable team player who stays focused, works safely, and takes pride in doing things the right way.
