Job Description
Role Description The Seasonal General Labor position will be responsible for general labor in the harvest shipping operations. This includes general plant work, cleaning, and movement of product. The Seasonal General Labor position also participates in the Food Safety Program. Core Responsibilities Ability to work varying hours All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Self-starter when working independently or in a collaborative group setting. Utilizes technology in all aspects of the position. Ability to work a dynamic schedule. Strong analytical skills. Education & Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred Physical Requirements Assume flexible work hours vary in day length and schedule. Work in the outside elements Ability to stand for and work on your feet most of the day. Work with both arms and hands, reaching and pulling at times Ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds frequently, and over 100 pounds occasionally. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
