Description:
The Warehouse Technicianis responsible for working collaboratively with the team to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our warehouses located primarily in Hartland but also assist with the Mequon and Wales locations. This position takes initiative with maintaining the inventory by documenting, putting items away. Learn to rebuild water conditioning equipment for resale. Drive company vehicle to run parts to jobs as needed and assist with jobs that require an extra set of hands. This is a physically strenuous position that will require lifting and carrying of products and equipment.
Duties:
Put away and organize plumbing parts and equipment Pull equipment daily for the install team Clean, sweep shop, and take out garbage daily to maintain expectations. Assist the salt team with taping bags, organizing salt pallets as needed. Drive a forklift as needed to shift product within warehouse. Run parts to field team members as needed. Ride along with field team and offer assistance with jobs requiring more manpower. Clean and rebuild water conditioning equipment as needed for resale. Communicate with team members daily. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proficient written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment Detail oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving skills Mechanical aptitude skills
Requirements:
Possess a valid Wisconsin driver's licenseProficient in using cell phone apps and GPSHigh school diploma or equivalent
