Job Description
Driver Shift:
1st, (7am-3pm)
Pay:
$17/hr (Based on experience) We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to join our team on 1st shift. The Driver will be responsible for deliveries and pick-ups using company-owned vehicles, while also supporting the Shipping and Fulfillment departments as needed.
Perform scheduled and rush deliveries and pickups for clients and company needs
Ensure accurate delivery and pickup of materials
Maintain vehicle mileage and maintenance logs
Load and unload trucks, shrink-wrap skids, and move materials
Assist with order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving tasks when not driving
Deliver mail to the Post Office, customer samples, and internal documents
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic upkeep (fuel, oil, wash)
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Complete required paperwork and manual logs for deliveries
Requirements:
Valid Wisconsin driver's license (CDL not required)
Clean driving record and ability to locate addresses using a road map
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (and up to 100 lbs occasionally)
Prior experience driving straight trucks and operating forklifts/pallet jacks
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Must pass a background check
