Glance Essential Functions:

Prepare pallets for transport by shrink-wrapping and securing them with load bars or straps, then load onto trucks or trailers in the correct sequence per load sheet; hand-stacking when necessary. Inspect trailer interiors for cleanliness, verify pallets are loaded onto the correct truck, and set refrigeration units to the appropriate temperature. Maintain a clean work environment through daily housekeeping, and uphold the company's mission, values, and policies while performing other assigned duties. Does this look like you? Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions).
