Position Summary ATCAM is seeking a motivated General Laborer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support production operations by assisting with machine operation, material handling, and part preparation for coating and painting processes. What You'll Do Assist with machine setup and operation under the direction of experienced team members Load and unload materials and parts from machines and workstations Transport materials, parts, and completed jobs throughout the facility Deliver and pick up parts as needed Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Prepare parts for coating and painting by cleaning, sanding, taping, and masking Remove masking and tape after coating processes are complete Inspect parts to ensure proper preparation and cleanliness before coating Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, and safety concerns Follow all company policies and safety procedures What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable attendance and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment Good attention to detail Basic understanding of workplace safety practices Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, coolants, oils, and varying temperatures Compensation & Benefits At ATCAM, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset.
