Responsibilities Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, material movement, and packaging to keep production flowing smoothly Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure parts meet quality specifications Conduct mechanical assembly using hand tools and power tools, following detailed work instructions and technical documents Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and safety standards in production areas Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions for lean manufacturing practices Manage inventory movement within the factory using forklifts, ensuring accurate tracking of materials and finished goods Qualifications Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, especially in assembly line environments Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Ability to interpret manufacturing documents, technical drawings, and production instructions accurately Experience operating forklifts or similar material handling equipment is a strong plus; certification is desirable but not mandatory Comfortable performing manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and repetitive movements Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively within a team This role offers an engaging environment where your contributions directly impact our production success.
