Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our manufacturing team as a 2nd Shift Line Function/General Labor worker. In this role, you will be an essential part of our production process, supporting assembly line operations and ensuring smooth, efficient manufacturing workflows. You will be responsible for performing manual tasks, operating equipment, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency throughout your shift. Responsibilities Assist with assembly line operations by performing manual handling and mechanical assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools. Operate factory equipment safely to move materials and finished products within the manufacturing facility. Follow safety protocols diligently, including heavy lifting techniques and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies or hazards on the production line and communicating suggestions for enhancement. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to comply with safety standards in production environments. Experience Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, especially in assembly line or general labor roles. Familiarity with manufacturing management systems or production document interpretation is a plus. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments is essential. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately. Experience managing or supporting production teams, with an understanding of lean manufacturing principles, is advantageous.
