Job Description
Distribution Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate No CDL Required | Four-Day Workweek | Excellent Benefits | Salaried Pay Join our Wisconsin-based wine and spirits distribution team in a full-time hybrid role that combines delivery driving, customer service, and warehouse work. This position is ideal for an experienced delivery driver who takes pride in safe driving, accurate deliveries, physical work, and professional customer service. Our drivers deliver throughout Wisconsin to grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and liquor stores. The typical workweek consists of four daytime shifts of approximately 10-12 hours each . Applicants must be available to work a variety of daytime schedules based on delivery routes and business needs. What You'll Do Safely operate and confidently maneuver and back a cargo van or other company delivery vehicle Deliver wine and spirits throughout Wisconsin accurately and on schedule Load and unload cases weighing 40 pounds or more throughout the workday Use hand carts to transport products safely into customer locations Verify products and quantities before and during delivery Provide professional, helpful service to customers Address delivery questions and problems using sound judgment and critical-thinking skills Assist with warehouse duties, including checking orders, pulling products, preparing routes, and loading vehicles Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment Follow company procedures for vehicle safety, product handling, and delivery documentation What We're Looking For Qualified applicants must: Be at least 21 years old Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record Have reliable transportation to and from work Be able to safely and confidently drive, maneuver, and back a work van Be able to repetitively lift and move cases weighing 40 pounds or more Be comfortable using hand carts and pallet jacks Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers Be dependable and able to work independently while completing delivery routes Previous experience in delivery driving, route driving, commercial driving, warehouse operations, order picking, loading and unloading, or customer service is strongly preferred. A CDL is not required.
