Join our team in an entry-level manufacturing role where you'll gain hands-on experience and have opportunities to learn about different areas of the plant, including production, equipment maintenance, quality, and leadership. What You'll Do As an Entry-Level Crew member/General Laborer, you will: Assemble, stack, and move windows, doors, and related components Install hardware and weatherstripping on wood frames and doors using hand and power tools Operate saws and other equipment to cut and trim wood materials to specifications Use a variety of tools, including miter saws, routers, shapers, nail guns, drills, screw guns, caulking guns, utility knives, and other hand tools Safely work around machinery, glass, and manufacturing equipment Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals What to Expect Fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to learn and grow Repetitive lifting and material handling of up to 50 pounds Work in both hot and cold temperature conditions Overtime opportunities available based on production needs Available Shifts & Pay 1st
