• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and supplies.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team leads to accomplish tasks.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct routine inspections of tools and equipment, reporting any issues for maintenance.
• Assist in inventory management and organization of materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to handle physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
• Basic knowledge of safety practices in a production environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability; punctual and dependable.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities as needed.
• Working Conditions:
• Manufacturing and fabrication shop environment.
• May require standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Compliance with safety rules, PPE requirements, and Company procedures is required.
• Regular exposure to welding fumes, sparks, heat, noise, vibration, airborne particles, moving machinery, and varying temperatures.
