Job Description

Frank Liquor Company Inc., part of Frank Beverage Group, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support accurate, safe, and efficient beverage distribution in our Madison facility. In this role, you will receive, stock, pick, and prepare beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic orders using pallet jacks and warehouse systems. You'll load/unload trucks, verify inventory, rotate products, and maintain clean, safe work areas in line with company and safety standards. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and stock incoming beverage products Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately and on time Load and unload delivery trucks using pallet jacks and related equipment Verify inventory counts, report discrepancies, and assist with cycle counts Rotate stock and follow first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines Use basic warehouse systems or scanners to track product movement Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals Support special projects and peak-period warehouse operations as needed Required Skills Order picking and packing Inventory control Pallet jack operation Forklift operation Warehouse safety practices Basic computer or RF scanner use Loading and unloading trucks Stock rotation and FIFOTime management Basic math and counting accuracy
