We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator - Level

II - SHOP

to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in Mineral Point, WI. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Optimizing Warehouse Space:

Accurately sorting, labeling, and storing goods will help optimize warehouse space and improve overall efficiency.

Supporting Delivery:

Operating manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products according to customer expectations will ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Effective Communication:

Communicating effectively with your team and support teams will ensure smooth operations and collaboration.

Continuous Improvement:

Participating in activities to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development will contribute to ongoing improvements in the workplace.

Maintaining Cleanliness:

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

Additional Information:

Prefer applicants with prior powered industrial vehicle experience of 2-5 years with forklifts, tuggers and/ or electric pallet jacks, but we are willing to train the right individual. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience using scan guns to move and track parts across internal locations is beneficial but not required.
