Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates for both 1st and 2nd shift to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes and the ability to operate various equipment safely and effectively. Responsibilities Manage inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks for loading and unloading materials Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and order fulfillment Perform picking and packing of orders with attention to detail to ensure accuracy Assist in shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments against purchase orders Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to improve operational efficiency Experience Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, or order pickers is highly desirable and being okay with heights.
