Job Description
Material Handler Shift:
2nd, (4pm-12:30am)
Pay:
$19/hr (Based on Experience) We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Material Handlers to join our manufacturing team on 2nd shift. This role supports sewing and production operations by ensuring materials are properly handled, prepared, and delivered throughout the facility. Candidates should be team-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Select and verify proper fabric colors, materials, and quantities using job cards and schedules
Move and transport fabric and materials throughout the production floor using carts
Assist sewing operators with fabric handling and setup
Turn and stuff draft pads and assist in general production duties as needed
Verify foam orders by size and date
Operate machines including grommet, punching, heat-sealing, and guide stripe cutting equipment
Cut fiberglass stays and chains to required lengths
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications:
3-6 months of material handling or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read and understand basic instructions in English
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to lift and move 25-50 lbs regularly
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working around machinery throughout the shift
