About Hastings Air-Energy Control Hastings Air-Energy Control, Inc. designs and integrates industrial air filtration and dust collection systems for manufacturers. We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team at our New Berlin, WI facility. Position Summary Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, shipping, and storing materials, supplies, and equipment at our New Berlin location. Key Responsibilities Perform all shipping and receiving for incoming and outgoing products, parts, and equipment Schedule LTL pickups and fulfill orders Verify materials received against purchase orders and confirm quantities match packing slips Transport materials from receiving areas to storage or other designated areas using a forklift or hand truck Maintain a neat, organized warehouse with orderly storage of material Use Microsoft Business Central for shipping, receiving, and inventory maintenance Notify the supervisor of low inventory or other abnormalities Perform periodic cycle counts of material, equipment, and supplies as assigned Follow all cleanup and housekeeping procedures Wear proper safety equipment at all times Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse setting Forklift experience Experience with warehouse management systems Experience with shipping/receiving software (UPS, FedEx, etc.) Experience with inventory maintenance Strong ability to organize and prioritize work Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs; heavier items moved with team lifts or equipment Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb ladders Safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck Work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes and moderate noise Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
