Does accepting daily challenges and completing daily goals interest you? CastlePierce is in growth mode and is seeking an experienced material handler. The material handler is responsible for ensuring orderly production and distribution of products by pulling orders from inventory, delivering production materials and supplies where needed, and staging finished product for final distribution. As well as contributing to the orderly operation of stock and/or materials storage area. What will I do in this role? Handle material and equipment in a safe and sound manner. Maintain sheet fed and roll fed inventory levels. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse for both sheet fed and roll fed stock Responsible for the receipt of job specific and inventory stock Responsible for the movement of sheet fed and roll fed stock to work centers Practice First in First out inventory movement. Understand how to effectively and efficiently use ERP system to accommodate inventory receipt, movement, and adjustment procedures. Work with plant personnel to reconcile inventory counts. Unload and check in stock of trucks. Handle forklift safely following safety protocol, when stacking, and driving throughout plant. Receiving and shipping material and jobs from the internal EPMS system. Prior to loading/unloading inspect vehicles. Be consistent in exhibiting a positive reflection of the Castle Pierce culture and values. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1-5 Years experienced working in warehouse management, experience in bar coding inventory a plus. Forklift experience Bending, twisting, lifting up to 30 lbs.
