1st shift 8am-430pm Seeking dependable General Laborers to support daily operations at our clients River Falls facility. This location processes organic food and beverage waste and converts it into renewable natural gas.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

General Laborers will perform a variety of hands-on duties, including sorting materials, moving supplies, cleaning work areas, and assisting with other operational tasks as directed. Candidates should be comfortable working in an active industrial environment where odors, noise, varying temperatures, and wet or dirty conditions may be present. Sort materials and remove unwanted items as directed Lift, carry, and move materials throughout the work area Clean equipment, floors, workstations, and surrounding areas Assist with general facility housekeeping Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment Report unsafe conditions, equipment concerns, or operational issues Complete other general labor duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and carry materials Comfortable working in an industrial waste-processing environment Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Willingness to follow all safety and sanitation requirements. Previous general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, sanitation, or processing experience is helpful but not required

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
