Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced distribution center. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including building pallets and running a pallet machine. This position requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with warehouse supervisors and team members to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely deliveries. Duties Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to move products safely and efficiently. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to build and fabricate needed pallets and run pallet machine effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency within the warehouse. Support inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies. Requirements Mechanical knowledge is a plus, with the ability to build and fabricate as needed. Experience operating pallet jacks is highly desirable but not necessary. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Physical capability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods as required by the role.
