1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Opportunities Available Employment Service Connection, Inc. is currently seeking dependable and experienced Material Handlers for multiple opportunities in the Sturtevant, WI area . We are looking for candidates with experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or packaging environments who are comfortable working in a fast-paced setting. Positions may involve operating forklifts and other powered industrial equipment, moving and staging materials, loading and unloading, supporting production, and maintaining accurate inventory. Responsibilities Safely move, stage, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the facility Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as assigned Transport raw materials, finished products, pallets, and supplies between production and warehouse areas Load and unload trucks, trailers, racks, and production areas Pick, stage, and prepare materials based on work orders or production needs Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment Verify product, quantities, labels, and locations for accuracy Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and production-support functions Inspect loads and materials for damage or discrepancies Maintain accurate movement and inventory records Follow established safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist with general warehouse or production duties when needed Qualifications Previous material handling, forklift, warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience strongly preferred Forklift experience required for equipment-specific positions Experience with sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, clamp truck, or similar equipment is a plus RF scanner and inventory experience preferred Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and move materials throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work for extended periods Strong attention to safety, quality, and accuracy Must be dependable and maintain good attendance Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team Must be willing to work in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment Overtime may be available or required depending on production needs
Pay & Shifts Starting Pay:
