General Labor STL Staffing - 3.3 Suamico, WI Job Details Temp-to-hire From $17 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Packing Manufacturing facility experience Materials handling Manufacturing Picking & packing Full Job Description General Labor Suamico, WI (On-site, just north of Green Bay) Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time | $17/hr About the Role We are hiring entry-level General Production team members to support packaging and production operations. This role plays an important part in making sure finished products are prepared, inspected, and ready to ship. You will primarily assist with packaging finished goods, while also supporting other departments as needed. This is a hands-on role in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment where attention to detail and reliability matter. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term employment. The team offers a positive work environment, Friday afternoons off, and voluntary overtime opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Package finished products accurately and efficiently
- Move materials between workstations to support production flow
- Install hardware such as grommets, rivets, and staples as needed
- Clean products, steam out wrinkles, and inspect for quality
- Identify and correct minor quality issues or alert a supervisor when needed
- Track time, materials, and supplies for inventory purposes
- Assist with preparing and packing customer orders for shipment
- Support other departments with general production tasks as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications Must-Have Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
