Our client is willing to train candidates who have recent experience in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or production environment and are comfortable working with hand and power tools.

Pay Starting Wage:

$12.50 per hour plus piece rate pay. Weekly Piece-Rate Incentive Pay based on production (Avg of $150

• 300 plus per week
• Top earners are at or above $500 per week) Weekly Pay 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 4:00 PM
• 2:00 AM Enjoy a three-day weekend every week!

Job Responsibilities As a Pallet Repair Technician, you will: Inspect, sort, and grade wooden pallets for repair Replace damaged boards using nail guns, grinders, saws, and other hand and power tools Repair and rebuild pallets to company quality standards Operate a forklift as needed (training available if applicable) Maintain a clean and safe work area Meet daily production goals while following all safety procedures Assist with additional production duties as assigned Qualified candidates should: Have recent heavy industrial, manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or production experience Be comfortable using hand and power tools Frequently lift up to 50 pounds Be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Have reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and dependable attendance Why Apply?
