Mon-Fri 8:00 am-4:00 pm Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Utility team member to support our daily warehouse and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for moving materials throughout the facility, staging products for production and shipping, maintaining inventory, and helping ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires regular operation of forklifts and pallet jacks, and the flexibility to assist with a variety of warehouse and facility needs.
Compensation:
$21 - $23 hourly
Responsibilities:
Load, unload, move, and transport products and materials using forklifts and pallet jacks. Stage finished goods for customer shipments while verifying order accuracy. Ensure raw materials are staged and available to support daily production, including weekends and holidays. Maintain clean work areas by removing trash, organizing workspaces, and performing general housekeeping to support food safety (SQF) and workplace safety standards. Organize warehouse inventory, restock supplies, and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories. Assist with other warehouse and facility duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires 1-3 years of forklift experience. Good mathematical ability to perform production-related calculations. Effective interpersonal skills, and good verbal and written communication skills. Must be detail-oriented and can accomplish tasks under deadline pressure.
