Day Shift Production Supervisor American Berry - Warrens, WI American Berry is seeking an experienced
  • Day Shift Production Supervisor
  • to oversee production operations during the overnight shift at our food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for leading production teams, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and maintaining high standards for product quality and food safety. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support production employees during the night shift to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
  • Monitor production lines to ensure output targets, quality standards, and food safety requirements are consistently met.
  • Ensure compliance with
  • GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • throughout the shift.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to quickly resolve equipment or production issues.
  • Track production performance, downtime, and shift metrics and report results to plant leadership.
  • Train, coach, and mentor operators and team members to support performance and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain proper staffing and workflow to meet production schedules.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and operational reliability. Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in
  • food manufacturing or food processing environments
  • .
    • Previous
    • leadership, lead operator, or supervisory experience
    • preferred.
    • Strong understanding of
    • food safety standards, GMP, and production processes
  • .
    • Experience working with
    • processing and packaging equipment
    • in a manufacturing environment.
    • Ability to troubleshoot production issues and support maintenance coordination.
    • Strong communication and team leadership skills.
    Schedule Night Shift 2-2-3 rotating schedule
    Pay:
    $31.00 - $34.00 per hour
