JOB SUMMARY

To perform various tasks assigned by the department leads and managers, as needed.

Responsibilities:

• De-nest metal parts from laser
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, and organize and prioritize time effectively
• Assist the Shipping/Receiving Department by monitoring and inventorying supply level
• Collect parts from all departments and prep them for shipping
• Load and unload trucks, using necessary equipment, including forklifts
• Bring pallets of parts to brake presses as needed using forktruck
• Assist brake press operators as needed
• Assist the Laser department with fabrication and welding

• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments.
• Basic math skills required.
• Basic computer skills, UPS and FEDEX software a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must become fork lift certified.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• Must be able to move between department and satellite buildings.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Continual walking, standing, bending squatting, reaching and twisting
• Must use PPE and safety toed shoes, and wear company provided uniforms.
• At times will be working in a loud, dirty and sometimes warm environment.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
