Nassco has an Opening for a Warehouse Associate (Wausau, WI) Keep things moving—be part of the team behind every delivery Like staying active and working hands-on? Take pride in accuracy and getting the job done right? We're looking for a Warehouse Associate who brings reliability, attention to detail, and a strong team mindset to every shift.

What You'll Do:

Receive, move, and store products safely and efficiently Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers) Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory Perform safety checks on equipment and follow all safety procedures Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and organization Work closely with your team and leadership to keep operations running smoothly Jump in to support other warehouse or operational needs when needed

Requirements:

What You Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of warehouse or related experience preferred Ability to operate (or learn to operate) powered industrial equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stay active throughout your shift Basic computer and RF scanning experience Team-first attitude with solid communication skills
