We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support oil and gas operations. This is a hands-on position for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hardworking team. This role includes operating a company vehicle to travel between job sites, assisting with field operations, and performing a variety of labor tasks to support daily production. Responsibilities Perform general labor duties at oil and gas job sites Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and site cleanup Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment Operate a company vehicle to travel between job sites safely and responsibly Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work alongside field crews to complete projects efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license required Previous oil and gas, construction, utility, or general labor experience is preferred but not required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the shift Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and positive attitude Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team Schedule & Pay Full-time 10-hour shifts Significant overtime available Weekly Pay Competitive pay based on experience Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Options Weekly Pay Consistent Full-Time Hours Plenty of Overtime Opportunities On-the-Job Training Long-Term Career Opportunities Opportunities for Growth and Advancement
