General Laborer

Description CP&P makes the concrete piping that is below the streets and man holes. Reading a tape measure is mandatory. People with concrete experience or construction is a major plus. All applicants must be able to read a tape measure and understand basic blue prints. They will be lifting up to 50lbs. They must have attention to detail. They could be assembling rebar to fit inside the mold for the pipe. This requires basic hand eye coordination and being comfortable using hand tools and power tools. each project can be different and they will need to understand the build out off of the prints. They will be moving and dragging finished parts to the finishing area. At this point they could be using hand sanders to finish the concrete once dried fully. Skills General labor, Concrete, Construction, Production, Hand tool, Power tool, tape measure Top Skills Details General labor,Concrete,Construction Additional Skills & Qualifications Best vs. Average- someone with at least 6 months to a year of manufacturing, concrete, or construction experience. Attendance and willingness to help out around the facility is HUGE. They are willing to train but they need someone who is going to show up everyday and be reliable. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martinsburg, WV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.50/hr.
