Job Description
Position Summary Purflux Group, Inc. is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and finished goods. The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production requirements, and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders. Unload, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records through warehouse management systems and cycle counting activities. Stage materials for production and ensure timely replenishment of production areas. Perform routine inventory audits and assist in resolving discrepancies. Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored in designated locations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S and housekeeping standards. Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations. Assist with other warehouse, logistics, and production-related duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and climb as needed. Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
