Job Description
Hose & Rubber Supply is a regional company in the Rocky Mountain West with six store locations over five states. We strive to identify and satisfy our customers' needs with our extensive hose and fitting knowledge, large hydraulic and industrial hose and fittings inventory, and hydraulic CNC tube bender. We pride ourselves on problem solving for our wide variety of customers, whether in the oilfield, construction, medical, manufacturing, military, or government. As a Warehouse Associate, you would be responsible to perform various functions within the warehouse. Warehouse duties include receiving and putting away product, handling shipment and product issues with vendors, assembling and shipping orders, and inventory cycle counting at our location in Casper, WY. This is a full-time position with benefits. The Warehouse Associate duties include but are not limited to: Receiving and putting away product within 24 hours Handling issues with shipments and product in a timely manner with vendors, customers, purchasing, and accounting Assembling, packaging, and shipping product per requirements to customers and vendors Cycle counting inventory Reviewing and processing weekly reports to ensure inventory accuracy Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop Ensure inventory accuracy by updating the system when issues are seen or working to get issues resolved.
The job requires:
Ability to lift up to 75lbs at a time Ability to perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment Attention to detail Basic computer and math skills Analytical and problem-solving skillsLevel of Education and Work Experience:
Must be 18 years or older to operate crimper, forklift, shop machinery, etc. General education degree (GED), H.S. diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree Prior warehouse or similar industry experience preferredCompensation and Benefits:
Hourly:
$21.39 - $29.30 + per hour (base pay of $21.39/hour to $26.60/hour plus quarterly profit sharing)Schedule:
