Please note:

This is a non-housing position; employer-provided housing is not included. 6 Star Management is seeking a Leasing Agent to join the onsite team at Aspen Court Property in Casper, Wyoming, a 151-unit community. This position plays an important role in supporting occupancy goals, driving leasing activity, and delivering positive experience for prospective and current residents. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and service-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. This role requires someone who can effectively present the community, maintain consistent follow-up, and support resident satisfaction through professional and responsive service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet prospective residents, current residents, vendors, and visitors in a professional, courteous, and welcoming manner
  • Conduct property tours and present apartment homes, amenities, and community features to prospective residents
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries by phone, email, online sources, and walk-in traffic, while maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects
  • Support occupancy goals by converting leads into applications and assisting applicants through the leasing process
  • Provide accurate information regarding pricing, availability, lease terms, and community policies
  • Use AppFolio to manage guest cards, applications, prospect follow-up, resident communication, notices, and general leasing activity
  • Maintain accurate and organized prospect, applicant, and resident records
  • Prepare leases, notices, correspondence, and other leasing-related documentation as needed
  • Support move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and resident retention efforts in coordination with the onsite team
  • Respond to resident questions and office-related matters in a timely, professional, and service-oriented manner
  • Help maintain the appearance and presentation of the leasing office, model units, and tour path
  • Coordinate with onsite management and maintenance regarding resident needs, service follow-up, and day-to-day operations
  • Assist with outreach, marketing, and other leasing-related efforts that support traffic and occupancy
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of property operations and business needs
Key Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in leasing, sales, customer service, property management, or a related field preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to professionally present apartment homes and communicate the value of the community
  • Strong follow-up, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience using AppFolio or other property management software preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, resident-facing environment
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong service mindset Additional Requirements (Education, Training, and Experience):
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior leasing, customer service, or sales experience preferred
  • Weekend availability may be required based on business needs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required based on business needs
Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
