Express Employment Professionals Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-orientedWarehouse Operator to join our team. This hands-on position supports packaging operations by ensuring product accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced, agricultural production environment. Key Responsibilities Package seed accurately according to weight and treatment requirements. Operate forklifts safely to transport materials and finished products. Unload trucks in all weather conditions. Stack, stencil, tag, and clean bags and pallets in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records of product bagged and/or boxed. Operate seed processing equipment, including cleaners, treaters, and packaging machines. Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company environmental health standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors immediately. Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in packaging, agriculture, or warehouse operations preferred. Forklift experience required. Ability to lift 51-70 lbs frequently throughout the shift. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to work extended or irregular hours during peak seasons. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills. Working Conditions Exposure to dust, fumes, chemicals, and other warehouse or agricultural environments (PPE provided). Indoor and outdoor work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
