$18.50 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Yard Loader to join our team on 3rd shift in Muncy, PA. This position is responsible for operating an industrial forklift, moving and organizing materials throughout the yard, loading and unloading products, and maintaining an efficient workflow in an outdoor environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in all weather conditions and performing physical labor as needed. Responsibilities Operate an industrial forklift safely and efficiently. Load, unload, move, and transport products throughout the yard. Sort and organize materials according to company specifications. Inspect products for quality and accuracy before movement or shipment. Perform manual lifting, carrying, and handling of materials as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines. Work effectively in outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow. Assist with inventory and yard organization as needed. Qualifications Previous forklift experience preferred. Experience in warehouse, yard, manufacturing, or material handling environments is a plus. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift. Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to safety and detail. Dependable attendance and ability to work independently. Ability to work the required schedule of Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 PM

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00
