Full Job Description Job Overview :

Applicant must be highly organized, be able to work within a team environment and be a good internal communicator other departments . QuickBooks and Excel experience a must! Reconcile various customers accounts via QB Maintain inventory logs. Prepare quarterly rebates Maintain accurate and organized customer records Upload hazardous waste manifests to RCRA website daily. Answer emails and respond to customers inquiries timely. Record operational daily logs.

•Knowledge or experience in hazardous waste is a plus

•Job Duties Maintain accurate and organized customer records. Reconcile various customers' accounts via QuickBooks. Maintain inventory logs. Daily compliance audits show that the facility is being maintained in an audit-ready condition at all times. Prepare quarterly reports. Keep track of terminals hazardous waste collection. Knowledge or experience of hazardous waste is a plus. Handle customer profiles. Assisting with other administrative and accounting tasks as needed; and Additional duties and responsibilities as may be required or assigned by management. Requirements Exceptional attention to detail to ensure complete compliance. Maintaining a professional demeanor and being honest, ethical, reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling all obligations. Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills. Strong common sense, organization, time-management, and prioritization skills, with good judgment in setting priorities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while still meeting deadlines. Proficiency in the technology and tools to achieve these goals, including fluency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace (e.g., Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets), and Zoom videoconferencing software. QuickBooks at least 1 year required. 10 key Proficiency.
